1.1. Closure Stage: Wrap-up automated form
A project workflow describes the sequence of tasks and responsibilities that must be completed to finish a project. This allows for more efficient, organized, and collaborative project management.
In the closing stage, you will need to create a project summary with information for both the client and the team.
In the Workflow section of the project, you have two options: you can either attach a file with this data or create it automatically.
This tool is available for every workflow item whose name includes the word Wrap-up.
Edit the name of the wrap-up item, and a form will open that is automatically completed with preloaded information such as the project's scope, deliverables, team members, and time used compared to the planned time.
It also includes the results of the satisfaction surveys and much more.
I suggest you add the last notes of importance because they will serve as lessons learned for future reference projects.
All team members can participate in uploading data, each from their own task. Different versions will be saved, and at the end, you can generate a PDF document to share with the client, if necessary.
