Hiya! I’ve been doing some adjustments in my system with the Project Type section, so you can organize your projects by field and create project templates, define stages, workflows, and task types, facilitating the standardization of the project.
Project Stages
Now it is possible to create project stages, to which tasks and deliverables can be associated, allowing for a time tracking and progress follow-up. As these stages can be standardized, you are able to compare statistics between projects.
Project Financials
Keep financial control of your project from one single section, with all the details of the main contract and its variations (changes of scope), hours executed, financial data (fees) and status. You can also generate bill orders, and keep a record of invoices and client payments, as well as the financial statement of the project (charges and payments).
New Reports
I’ve included two new reports that will allow for a more detailed project time tracking; the Project Time Tracking Report shows the detail of hours executed in the project, categorized by staff and task type; the Staff Time Tracking report shows the detail of hours recorded per person.
