Project surveys

Now, surveys can be sent from Frank. In the Project Communications section, the PM of the Project (who is the only person that has this feature available) will find the option for creating a New Survey as you can see in the following screenshot
The PM has to select the recipients for the Survey. Those recipients have to be previously loaded on the Contacts section of the project. And also, has to type the Subject of the email. We suggest the following format for the Subject: Company| CS Survey - Name of the Project
There are three stages that trigger a Survey: Proposal, Partial Delivery and Wrap Up. The PM has to choose which Template will be sending by selecting it in the Combo Box:
For this example we are using Proposal, but the following steps apply for all the Stages. Below we explain each one of the options for the Surveys.
Normally, there's no need to modify any text that is editable in the following sections, but in the event the PM wants to change a little bit the wording that action can be performed
After choosing the Recipients and the changing the END DATE or the text (if apply), the Survey is ready to be sent by clicking on the Send button
Now, on the Surveys Panel you can visualize the information of the survey. The PM will get an email with the confirmation of the Survey sent. On the panel, results can be monitored. Once each recipient answers the Survey, the results will be automatically loaded to Frank and the Survey Panel will be updated.
From the Panel, there's an option of re sending or inactivating the Survey in case the PM wants to do so
- The date before the end date of this survey, Frank will send an email to the PM as a reminder, to check the status of it.
