Can I quote my Project expenses in Frank?

When a professional thinks of how to make a budget, they should try to balance the expenditures total, the working hours and the consumed resources. Because of this, Frank offers you the option to Manage the budget, add the documentations that support each one of the expenses and constantly compare what you have planned to spend and what you have actually spent.
There is an indicator in the project dashboard that sums up this information.
The expenses accounts that Frank knows are going to be present in every project are available from the beginning. Some examples are the following: salaries expenses, bonuses, trips, contractors and others. You will also be able to enter the kind of expenses to be quoted according to your criteria and experience. And at any time!

All the Active accounts of this section are going to be available every time you want to add one of them in a budget.
Let´s create the budget
“Budget” is an option you have available in the Financials Section of your project.
In the dashboard, you will see the existing budget accounts with their amounts and grouped by type: Material or Workforce. The general balance according to what it was quoted, to what was actually spent with its totals by type and also the total amount.
The export button generates a xls file with all the information
There is a filter button available to facilitate the questions of a particular account, especially if they are several.
Step 1- Load the accounts to be used in this project for the expenses budget.
You can add other, as you need it.
One click on the button
Note: If there is one account that cannot be eliminated, it means it already has a real expense associated.
Step 2: Load the items detail
You are placed on the account name and click on the edition icon that appears in that row.
It is time to enter the item value separating costs of workforce and materials. You can also attach its receipt at the same time. Ready!
Note: In order to attach a general document for all the budget, search for the option Manage files
